Morning Small Group
Attending a morning group fitness class blends convenience, motivation, and a vibrant community—helping you build lasting fitness habits and start the day on a positive note. Everyone welcome.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am - 7:30am
Women’s Small Group
This is a women's only small group class intended to build support and community. I will tailor the workout for women-centric health and fitness needs. It is also intended to provide a feeling of comfort and safety.
Tuesday, Thursday 12:15pm - 1:15pm, Saturday 9am - 10am
Men’s Longevity Small Group
This is a men's only small group class intended for all fitness levels, and is tailored to every participant’s age, starting point, and goals—whether aiming to regain lost strength, reduce fall risk, or simply maintain energy.
Tuesday and Thursday 11am - Noon
Evening Small Group
Not a morning person? Come to the evening class and still get home or meet friends for dinner. Everyone welcome.
Thursday 5pm - 6pm
Small Group Mobility Workshop
This workshop is designed to improve your body’s ability to move through a full range of motion with ease and control. The focus is on exercises that enhance joint health, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength, combining techniques like dynamic stretching, soft tissue work (such as foam rolling). Mobility training not only helps you move more freely and efficiently in daily life and sports but also serves to reduce pain, prevent injury, and offset the impact of sedentary habits.
1x/month, usually the 3rd or 4th Saturday 10:15am — 11:15am
Structural Balance Fitness Assessment & Consultation
Designed to identify muscular, structural, and mechanical imbalances in your body, as well as to discover strengths, weaknesses, and compensation patterns. Includes a comprehensive review of your history and future fitness goal, movement and strength testing, postural and biomechanical analysis, risk and performance insights. This is not required to join a small group class. I recommend it for anyone that starts working with me so I can personalize your experience.
