Fingers pointed out away from you. Small circles to the right and the left. Next keep fingers spread, put fingers to the side, rock forward and back. Try to keep arms straight. Fingers back toward your thighs. Elbows straight. Lean back gently. Then twist in. Try to get pinkys to touch. Try to keep elbows straight. Then palms up. Then try to make a fist (gorilla grabs).
