Banded Adductor and Hip Flexor Stretch

Step into the band perpendicular to the post. Place the band above the knee and keep tension on the band. Hold your foot on the banded leg. Place your other hand on the ground. Place your other leg back and drop your knew to the ground. To get a deeper stretch, drop your elbow to the ground.
