Couch Stretch

Start off on the knees, bring back leg to the wall, try to get knee as close to the wall as you can. The front shin should be vertical. Squeeze the glute of the leg that is down. Stay down if you are tight. For a deeper stretch come to the knee. If want to go deeper, lean back toward the wall.
